Terms of use

1. License to use

Panaweb LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use CamSave (the apps, the PC hub and this website, together the "Software") only in the form Panaweb LLC releases it (Google Play, panaweb.top, an app store or a build Panaweb LLC gave you). Pro features require a Google Play purchase or a valid license key or activation code issued by Panaweb LLC.

2. Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly allows it, you may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, redistribute, rent, sell or sublicense the Software; remove its notices; or bypass or interfere with license checks or activation codes.

3. Use cameras lawfully

You are solely responsible for how you install and use cameras and CamSave. Only watch, listen to or record people and places where you have the legal right to do so. Laws on video surveillance, audio recording and eavesdropping differ between countries and states. Many require the consent of everyone in a conversation before it is listened to or recorded, ban cameras in private spaces, or require notice to people being recorded. You must not use CamSave to secretly watch, listen to or record anyone, to stalk or harass, or for any unlawful purpose. We may refuse or revoke a license if we learn it is being used this way.

4. Compatibility, other companies and trademarks

CamSave is designed to work with mini Wi-Fi cameras made and sold by other companies, including cameras normally set up with the iWFCam app. Panaweb LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to iWFCam, its developer, or any camera maker or seller. iWFCam and all other product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to identify compatible cameras. CamSave works with these cameras through their local network interface for interoperability. It contains no software from those companies. Camera makers can change their firmware at any time; we can't promise that any camera model or firmware version works or keeps working with CamSave.

5. Purchases

CamSave Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. A website license covers 3 of your own devices; each device activates the key once, and its activation code only works on that device. Keys are personal: don't share or publish them. Keys found shared publicly may be revoked. We refund website purchases made in the last 14 days on request. Purchases made in Google Play follow Google Play's refund rules.

EU and UK consumers. For a website purchase, the license key is digital content delivered immediately. By completing checkout you ask us to deliver it at once and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins. This doesn't affect our voluntary 14-day refund above.

6. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Panaweb LLC keeps all rights in it. Open-source components included in the Software are under their own licenses.

7. No warranty

The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. CamSave is not a certified security or safety system: don't rely on it as your only protection for people or property. Recordings can be missed if a camera loses power or Wi-Fi. To the fullest extent the law allows, Panaweb LLC is not liable for any damages arising from its use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for CamSave Pro.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Panaweb LLC harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of cameras or CamSave in breach of these terms or of any law, including privacy and recording laws.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived by contract. Where the law doesn't allow a disclaimer or limit of liability, it applies only as far as the law allows.

10. Termination

This license ends automatically if you break these terms. You must then stop using and delete the Software.

11. Intellectual property complaints

If you believe CamSave or this website infringes your rights, write to info@panaweb.top (subject "IP notice") with your contact details, the work or mark concerned, where it appears, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised. We review every notice and reply promptly.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have jurisdiction, except that consumers may also bring claims in the courts where they live as their local law allows.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change materially affects Pro purchasers, we'll say so on this page and in the app's release notes.
