Privacy policy

CamSave is made by Panaweb LLC. Short version: no account, no cloud, no analytics, and your video never leaves your local network. Last updated 2026-10-16.

Your cameras and video

• CamSave connects directly to your cameras on your own network (or the camera's own hotspot). Live video, sound, photos and recordings go from the camera to your phone or PC and stay there.
• We run no video servers. Nothing from your cameras is uploaded to us or to anyone else.
• The CamSave PC hub only shares its cameras with devices on your local network. It does not open anything to the internet.
• Watch away from home (Pro, off until you turn it on): your phone reaches your PC through a relay on panaweb.top. Everything is encrypted on your PC and phone with a key only they have (AES-256-GCM), so the relay passes on data it cannot read. It keeps no copies: messages are deleted as soon as they are delivered, or after two minutes. The relay sees your PC's random hub ID, its CamSave device ID and license code, and IP addresses, as any web server does.
• Camera IDs, names and passwords you save are stored only on your device.

No account, no analytics

• There is no CamSave account. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number to use the app.
• The apps contain no analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
• Crash reports, if your phone's system sends them, go to Google (Android) or Microsoft (Windows) under their own policies, as for any app.

Purchases

• Google Play: if you buy Pro in the Android app, Google handles the payment and its data under the Google Play terms and privacy policy. We receive a purchase confirmation, not your card details.
• Website: if you buy on panaweb.top, Stripe processes the payment. We receive your email address, country and the purchase record from Stripe (never your full card number), and keep them to send your license key, provide support and meet tax and accounting rules.

License activation

When you activate a license key, the app sends the key, a random device ID made by the app (not linked to your hardware, name or phone number) and the platform (for example "android" or "windows") to panaweb.top. We store which device IDs use each key so we can count the devices on your license and let you move it. Our server also keeps hashed (not readable) IP records of activation attempts to stop people guessing keys.

Support

If you write to us, we keep your message and email address to answer you. We don't use them for marketing.

Your choices

• Uninstalling the app removes its data from your device. Recordings you saved stay in your folders until you delete them.
• To see or delete the purchase and activation data we hold about you, email info@panaweb.top.

Children

CamSave is not directed at children and collects no personal data from anyone through the app.
