Terms of Service

By installing or using Video Downscript (the "extension") or buying Pro, you agree to these terms with Panaweb LLC ("we").

Acceptable use

You're responsible for how you use the extension. Only copy, download or save content you own, that is licensed for download or that you otherwise have the right to save. Follow the terms of the websites you visit and copyright law. The extension doesn't download DRM-protected content, and it doesn't download from YouTube or other platforms whose terms forbid it.

Pro subscriptions and purchases

• Pro is sold through Link, a payment service by Stripe that acts as the reseller (merchant of record) and handles payment, tax and receipts. Link's terms also apply to your payment. Panaweb LLC provides the software and its support. Google is not the seller.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in Settings, Pro, Manage subscription, or in your Link account at link.com. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
• Lifetime means for as long as we offer the product. If we ever shut Video Downscript down, we'll give at least 90 days' notice.
• Refunds: email us within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. You can also ask Link support for a refund.
• One person can use one license on up to 5 browsers.

No warranty

Websites change often, so some features may stop working on some sites. The extension is provided "as is" without warranties. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

We don't host any content. If you think the extension is being used to infringe your rights, write to info@panaweb.top.
