Questions
Do I need internet to activate?
Once, on any device. Type the key and tap Activate. If the device you are unlocking has no internet, it shows a QR code: scan it with your phone, and scan the activation code you get back with the device. After that, Pro works with no network at all.
How many devices does a license cover?
One license is for one device. The 5 device license covers five of your devices, in any mix, for less than three single licenses. You can buy more licenses any time.
I got a new phone. Can I move my license?
Yes. Open Your devices with your key and email, remove the old device and activate the new one. You can do this yourself three times a year; write to us if you need more.
Does the person receiving need Pro?
No. Receiving, opening password-protected items and reading paper are free in every app.
How strong is the password protection?
The password is stretched with Argon2id (32 MB of memory per guess) and the data is encrypted with XChaCha20-Poly1305. Use a phrase of three or four words. If you forget it, nobody can recover the data, including us.
How much fits on one printed page?
About 9 KB after compression: plenty for notes, passwords, keys, recovery codes and small files. Photos usually need to go by codes on screen or by Wi-Fi instead.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase. Write to info@panaweb.top with your license key.
I use the Google Play or App Store version. Can I use a key?
Yes. Open Settings, AirGapped Pro and enter your key, or scan its QR code.
