Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 11, 2026
This policy covers the Screenshot a Tab Chrome extension and this website, run by Panaweb LLC ("we"). Contact: info@panaweb.top.
Summary
Screenshots are made and stored on your computer. We don't collect your browsing history, the pages you capture or the screenshots themselves. No ads, no analytics trackers, no selling data.
What the extension does on your computer
- When you start a capture, it runs a small script in that one tab to scroll the page, measure it and temporarily hide sticky elements. It doesn't run on other tabs or in the background.
- Your last 12 screenshots and your settings are stored in the extension's local storage on your computer. Uninstalling the extension deletes them.
- Files you save go to your Downloads folder through Chrome.
What is sent to our server
- A random install ID (not linked to you), the extension version and, if you entered one, a license key. This checks whether optional Pro features are available, about twice a day when you use the extension, and lets us count active installs.
- If Pro is offered and you buy it, payment is handled by Link, a payment service by Stripe, as reseller. We receive your email, plan and Stripe customer IDs to issue your license. We never see card numbers.
- If you use the support or uninstall form, we receive what you type, and your email if you add it.
