Delete your AirGapped data

AirGapped (by Panaweb LLC) keeps your files, transfer history and settings on your own devices. We never receive the files you send.

On your device

Open AirGapped, go to Settings and tap Clear recent transfers. Uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored on that device.

Anonymous usage counts we may hold

If you turned on "Share anonymous counts", we hold daily totals linked to a random install ID (no name, email or files). To stop: Settings, turn off Share anonymous counts; counts not yet sent are deleted at once. To delete counts already sent:

1. Email info@panaweb.top with the subject "Delete my AirGapped data".
2. If you can, include the app version and roughly when you turned counts on. We can also delete every count from your network address range if you prefer.
3. We delete the matching records within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted and what is kept

Deleted: usage counts and the install ID they are linked to, and any support or feature-request messages you sent. Kept: payment records we must keep for tax and accounting law (if you bought Pro or funded a feature), for as long as the law requires, usually 7 years.

Without a request, usage counts are deleted automatically after 24 months.
